Bedrooms in a beautifully restored building, good location close to the beach and to public transport into the centre of Porto. An Uber taxi into the centre does not cost much & will get you there in 10 minutes. If you'd like to be away from the noise of the city centre, close to a cooler, sea breeze in a nice neighborhood, then this is the ideal place to stay. Breakfast was included and a very welcome surprise. There's a private courtyard with seating and tables outside for anyone who smokes. Free parking is available around the corner from the building, if you look out a bedroom window you will see the back street. For solo travellers, the single bedroom with a single bed #23 is great value

It's so hard to find the right words to describe how it felt to stay there. * First of all, the room is super nice, it's nicely furnished, has the most comfortable bed, a bunch of pillows and blankets, a table, chairs to relax, a TV, a tiny fridge, capsule coffee, and a complimentary chocolate. The bathroom is very nice, and there's even Zara Home fragrance so the overall feeling is just top notch. * In addition, the breakfast was amazing, with variety of food, fresh croissants and fresh fruits every day. It was served downstairs in a beautiful room with a piano which looks like a very stylish brunch place you may find in big cities, and which you will definitely come to love. The chairs in this dining room are super comfortable, and you can relax, and just enjoy. The breakfast is served until quite late so you don't need to get up early on your vacation. * The beach is some 400 meters away, the restaurants in the area are very nice (don't pass by Anything but the pizza, it's one of the best I've tried). There are supermarkets nearby, and lots of little shops. Oh, and the area is super, and I mean super safe. The police station is 10 meters away from the house. * And the most important, Irina who works there is just simply amazing. She's kind, thoughtful, very hospitable and will make sure your stay is unforgettable, the whole team is super nice. P.S. My keys had a beautiful palm tree trinket and, to be honest, these little details is what makes this place so amazing and so unlike all the hotels or guest rooms I've ever stayed at.

Perfect location, both the neighbourhood and the location is calm and quiet in a nice building, 2 min far from the beach, exactly what I expected. Room is cute Breakfast was simple but delicious, I would not need more (coffee, fresh organe juice, fresh croissont)!

It's not indicated on the description but they provided breakfast which was great. The owner is really kind, and the place is super convenient, quiet and easy to find. You need cash to pay the city tax (2 euros)

Located 5 mins by walk from the seaside, the accommodation was lovely and everything we needed. After our vacation around Portugal, we wanted to part with Porto properly and this was just perfect: cafés, bars and restaurants close by, a local feeling and oh, the ocean. Accommodation facilities are beautiful, they're located in a sensitively renovated old building. The room was very comfortable and the touch of the mediterranean tiny balconies-culture made a very homely feeling out of the experience. Breakfast was simple yet delicious and a special kudos goes to that lovely lady serving it. All in all a great value for money. Oh and not to forget: a self-checkin system was also a great plus to us. Would gladly come back.
